In the past year I’ve been creating what I call my Forest Floor collages - large and small pieces that resemble the forest floor and are made with hand-dyed (by me) papers and fabrics. I’ve been wanting to do a residency in tandem with creating these pieces! To be able to take a whole year and focus on the changes in weather, climate, sunlight, etc and the effect on my artwork would be wonderful.
